Happy Birthday Joe (Part 1)

I had a fabulous time at Arncliffe Sunday afternoon. It was Joe’s 85th birthday party and their family had booked me to entertain them. Expecting a couple of daughters and a few children… I certainly didn’t expect such a crowd, they just kept on coming… and coming … and coming. The place was packed. We had to ramp up the volume, change the normal laid back theme to Soul, Motown and Disco, which went down a treat. We still had room for some Matt Monroe, a guitar singalong and of course “You’ll never walk alone”… not a dry eye in the house. Sadly no pics, data protection is very strict in care homes, however I do have a  great pic from Christmas (Micha is Santa and Georgina is the Snowman 👏 👏

The two lovely hosts, Micha and Georgina are the nicest, caring people you could meet. They love their job and their residents. It’s a pleasure to work with them…. and they had a couple of things to say too…..

“We love you Rob ❤️ Thank you for always putting our residents first. You’re fab! Never give up your day job!❤️”

Editor note…. there is a “Part 2” to this..watch out for it in the next few days…………….
